Common information to help get the most out of your child's stay.
Drop Off and Pick Up Times
Registration begins Sunday at 2:00pm and concludes at 4:00pm. Friday pick up is between 6:00pm and 7:00pm. Please adhere to the designated time frames.

Contacting Your Child
We encourage you to write to your child: Camp Nazareth - Attention: Child's Name, 112 Long Lake Road, Woodgate, New York 13494. Please send letters early as they typically take longer to get to camp.
Visitor Policy
In keeping with new child protection guidelines, all camp visitors will need to check in at the camp office and will be escorted. The camp office is generally open from 9:00am to 4:00pm. As a courtesy, we ask that you contact camp prior to your visit. Emergencies - contact us at (315) 392-3791.
Medical Exams
Campers must have a physical examination within one year of their camp arrival. A physician signed medical form and immunization history must be received prior to camp arrival and need not accompany the registration form. Campers will not be allowed at camp without the required medical information. Upon arrival at camp an adult must surrender all medications to the camp nurse. Please do not pack medications.
Items Your Camper Should Bring
All personal items must be clearly labeled with the camper's name.
- Sufficient warm clothing for length of stay
- Sleeping bag and pillow
- Toilet accessories and four (4) towels
- Two (2) pairs of sneakers [One (1) old for water hikes]
- Extra socks, walking shoes or boots
- Appropriate swim attire, raincoat, sweaters, jackets
- Non-aerosol bug repellent and hair products
Cell phones, MP3 players and video games interfere with camp activities and are not permitted. These devices will be confiscated until parent/guardian pick up, please refrain from bringing them.
Camp Trading Post
Camp Nazareth clothing, souvenirs, snacks and soft drinks can be purchased at the trading post. A $10.00 credit from the registration fee will be available for campers to make purchases. Families are encouraged to purchase camp merchandise on Sunday and Friday. No refunds for unspent balance.
