2026 Pricing & Discounts

Registration Fee

$525 per week
• $10 of each registration fee will be deposited into your camper’s Canteen Account.
• A non-refundable $75 deposit is required at the time of registration for each week reserved.

 

Discounts

Early Bird Discount
• $25 off one week of camp
• Available February 14, 2026 – March 17, 2026
• Applies to one week per camper

Sibling Discount
• $25 off one week per sibling (brothers and sisters only)
• Each sibling may use the discount for one week

​

Multi-Week Discount
• $25 off each additional week your child attends

​

Refund Policy

• The $75 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Refunds beyond the deposit will be issued for illness or injury only and will be prorated.
• Written/email notification to the camp office is required. A physician’s note may be requested.
• No refunds will be given for dismissal due to violation of the Camper Code of Conduct.

Online Registration

• Each child must be registered separately.
• A separate registration and payment is required for each week attending.
• Online registration includes the Health History Form, Camper Code of Conduct, and Release of Liability.

Important Deadlines

• All required forms (including Medication Authorization Form and a copy of immunization records) must be submitted by June 12, 2026.

• Authorization for Administration of Medication Form:  Must be filled out and signed by the prescriber for all medications that are being administered at Camp Nazareth. This includes all over-the-counter (OTC) medications.  Medication Authorization must be received by June 12h. Medical Forms will not be accepted on the day of arrival. Campers will not be allowed at camp without the required medical information.
  • All campership balances must be paid in full by June 12, 2026.
