Camp Nazareth strives to help every child attend camp regardless of financial means.
If you would like your camper to be considered for financial assistance, please print the following Financial Assistance Form and return it with any required financial documentation, all required registration forms. We are unable to process any Financial Assistance Forms without supporting documentation, i.e. tax returns, Temporary Assistance/Social Security award letter.
